Be genuine and exercise emotional intelligence. All things are about people. We only get things done when we truly engage people.

If you do what it takes to Be BUILT UP, you’ll never have to worry about being PUFFED Up. It’s hard to tear something down that has a good foundation – is BUILT Up. Anything that is PUFFED up, rises quickly, and falls HARD.
CREDIBILITY
To gain credibility, be prepared. Do your homework. Don’t ever wing it because you think you’re the smartest in the room. And don’t ever think that CREDIBILITY is owed to you, because you are now in THE position, the TITLE, the OFFICE.
